Alexia ''Lexi'' Camille Salvatore is a main character in Legacies and was a character in The Vampire Diaries and then after she was a recurring character in The Originals but then got promoted to a main character in the fifth season. Alexia is the hybrid daughter of Stefan Salvatore and Caroline Forbes and she is also the adopted child of Kol Mikaelson and Davina Claire. She is the granddaughter of Giuseppe and Lillian Salvatore and Bill Forbes and Elizabeth Forbes. She is also the niece of Damon Salvatore. She is also the distant descendant of Silas. Due to the Gemini Coven putting Lizzie and Josie into Caroline, Alexia became the twins half-sister.
She was named Alexia by her mother, who took inspiration from her boyfriend's best friend name Lexi. Her middle name is Camille after Camille O'Connell and she takes the surname of her father's side.
As a result of her unique heritage, she is the world's first banshee-vampire hybrid. She inherited her banshee gene from her mother, while her vampire legacy came from both her parents.
In This Women's Work, Alexia was sent away to be raised by Kol and Davina. Caroline didn't want Alexia thinking that everyone will come for her and that she is going to reminded how much she looks like Stefan, so they faked her death and sent her away to New Orleans to be raised by Kol and Davina. However, in season four, The Hollow learns of Alexia living and activated her Banshee gene from her mother side. The mikaelson's found a way to save Hope from The Hollow.
They merge The Hollow and place them into their bodies, meaning that the four Mikaelson's, Niklaus, Elijah, Rebekah, and Kol have to split up. After that, Alexia grew up with Kol and Davina in San Francisco but still keeps contact with Hope and later soon to be Boyfriend, Henrik.
Alexia is a member of the Salvatore Family, the Forbes Family, and the Mikaelson Family by adoption.
