Maxine Crystal Mikaelson is a major recurring character in The Originals and a main character in Legacies. She is one of the daughters of Kol Mikaelson and Davina Claire, other being Juliette Mikaelson. Due to Davina's death, she was carried via surrogacy by Crystal Labonair. Her existence was revealed in Uncover by Freya, the baby aunt, However, in No More Heartbreaks, Kol kills Davina, by feeding on her and supposedly killing Maxine. However, in Just Do It, it was revealed that The Ancestors transferred the Maxine into Crystal's womb. She was raised by Cyrstal, Hayley and Alessandra for the last five years with Hope, Jaydan, Isabelle, Andrew, and then she was raised by Davina and Kol in San Francisco and then She moved to Mystic Falls to attend The Salvatore Boarding School.
Maxine is a member of the Mikaelson Family, the Claire Family, and the Labonair Family via being Cyrstal surrogate daughter. Maxine is the by birthright member of an unnamed Witch Family.
