Skylar ''Skye'' Donovan (nee Labrant) was a former main character in The Vampire Diaries and was a guest character in Legacies. Skye was also known to lift the magic to let vampires pass into Mystic Falls with the help of Malachai Parker. She is also the descendant of Markos, the leaders of The Travelers, which makes her next in line to be leader of The Travelers but since Damon Salvatore killed Markos, and she killed all of the surviving members, the group fell.
Skye is the mother of the naturally born witch-vampire hybrids, Claire, James and Edward Labrant, the triplets she had with the Siphoner turn-witch-vampire hybrid, Malachai Parker. She is also the wife of Sheriff, Matt Donovan her childhood friend.
Skye is a member of the Labrant Family, the Price Family, the Parker Family via her children and the Donovan Family via her marriage to Matt.
