The Fogerty Diaries is a supernatural–fantasy horror/drama romance fanfiction series created and produced by JL the superhuman and written with help from VelaCassiopeiaMalfoy. This series tells the life story of Jacob Fogerty (Chace Crawford) and his involvement within the supernatural town of Mystic Falls.

The series mainly stars Chace Crawford as Jacob Fogerty, Nina Dobrev as Elena Gilbert, Kat Graham as Bonnie Bennett, Candice Accola-King as Caroline Forbes, Claire Holt as Rebekah Mikaelson, and Phoebe Tonkin as Hayley Marshall.

Note: This series is noted to be far removed in terms of similarities from The Vampire Diaries canon, through some plotlines are shared. But it also includes many changes and many of the characters from the hit CW show. New relationships were also created for this such as the relationships between Elena and Freya, Elena and Hope and Hayley and Elena.
